Q: WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
A: All orders require 4-7 business days for order processing plus delivery time. Typical delivery time is 1-4 business days in the US and 2-3 weeks outside the US. For pre-orders, please check the product page for accurate shipping dates.
Q: CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
A: When your order ships, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking number.
Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide.
Q: HOW MUCH DOES INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COST?
A: International shipping starts at $10. Shipping may increase depending on the size of your order.
Q: IF I LIVE IN ANOTHER COUNTRY, WILL I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT FEES?
A: It is possible that you will have to pay some import fees depending on your country. Unfortunately there is no way for us to avoid these fees. Any orders sent back to us by customs will automatically be refunded for the price of the item(s).
Q: I PLACED MORE THAN ONE ORDER. CAN YOU COMBINE THE ORDERS TO SAVE ON SHIPPING?
A: No, we only ship the individual orders as they are placed.
Q: I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS. CAN I CHANGE IT?
A: Contact us using the help button on the bottom of this page. We will do our best to update your address before your order ships. We cannot guarantee that your address will be fixed in time.
Q: I ACCIDENTALLY ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM. CAN YOU CHANGE IT?
A: We cannot change the items in your order. We recommend placing a correct order and canceling your original order. After placing your new order, you can contact us using the Help button at the bottom of the page. PRE-ORDER ITEMS MAY NOT BE CANCELED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR PRE-ORDER ITEMS.
Q: THE ITEM(S) I WANTED ARE SOLD OUT. WHEN WILL YOU BE RESTOCKING THE ITEMS?
A: Any restock information will be shared via Twitter and/or Instagram.
Q: MY ORDER WAS SENT BACK TO YOU FOR SOME REASON. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
A: If your order is returned to us for any reason (incorrect address, abandoned package, etc.), you will be automatically refunded for the price of the item(s).
Q: I JUST RECEIVED MY ORDER AND WOULD LIKE TO RETURN IT. HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER FOR A REFUND?
A: We only accept returns within 30 days of purchase of the item(s). Only items in new/unworn condition will be accepted. Simply ship the item back to us along with a note with your name, order number, and refund request. Send any returns to:
